Nadja Vietz manages our Barcelona office. She is a lawyer qualified to practice in Germany, Spain and Washington (U.S.) and a member of our Corporate & Business Transactions team.

Vietz’s core competencies are cross-border M&A transactions, commercial contracts, corporate and real estate law, regulatory & compliance, and intellectual property law. She mainly assists foreign corporate and private clients in their foreign direct investments in Spain and the U.S.

She uses her extensive experience of more than 20 years of practice in both the U.S. and Europe to advise her American and European clients, covering their international legal needs. Qualified to practice law in Germany, Spain and the U.S., Nadja is uniquely equipped to help our clients in cross-border transactions and legal disputes. She applies her broad legal knowledge and experience by working in multicultural environments, helping our clients achieve their international business goals.

She is an active member of the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB), the Bar Association of Frankfurt am Main and the Washington State Bar Association (former Secretary of the International Section). She also served as President of the Junior Entrepreneur Association of Barcelona and is currently a member of the cross-border economic association Asociación Económica Hispano Suiza.

Nadja studied law at the universities of Leipzig (Germany) and Le Havre (France) and passed the bar exam in Washington State (U.S.).

She speaks German, Spanish and English.
