Michael Fries is in charge of the Procedural Law Department.
He specialises in civil and commercial procedural law, and insolvency. He has long-term professional experience in matters related to insolvency, contentious proceedings, distribution, commercial agency and inheritance.
He is an active collaborator of prestigious legal associations, such as the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM), the German-Hispanic Association of Jurists (AHAJ), Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main, Deutscher Anwaltsverein, Anwaltskooperation Wirtschafts- Und Vertriebsrecht Institut für Erbrecht (IfE).
He also publishes legal articles in specialised local publications and magazines.
He is a Graduate in Law from Goethe University Frankfurt, and belongs to the local bar association.
He speaks German, Spanish and English.
