Carlos Anglada Bartholmai is in charge of the Inheritance Department.
He specialises in commercial, civil, real estate and mortgage law, contentious proceedings, succession and foreign investments.
He regularly participates in conferences on tax and property issues for foreign investors and publishes legal articles in local publications and real estate magazines.
An active collaborator of renowned legal and business associations, he belongs to the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) – he is the vice-chairman of its Succession Law committee -, the Asociación Hispano-Alemana de Juristas (AHAJ) and the Asociación Balear de Directivos (ABD).
He belongs to the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (ICAIB) and the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB).
Since 2012, Carlos is Honorary Consul for the Republic of Austria in the Balearic Islands.
He studied law at Universidad Central de Barcelona, Instituto de Estudios Europeos de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and „Europainstitut“ Saarbrücken (Germany).
He speaks Spanish, German, French, English and Catalan, and has a working knowledge of Italian and Dutch.
